Sorcerer Bug

        Hi,
        I have noticed for the past 2 days, my 3rd skill, Lightning bolt has not procced anywhere, PvP, PvE, Team arena. Is this a known bug that is being worked on? If not could you look into it for me, thanks,

        OK, I run 20 compares with another sorcerer on my server (Zendar) using enhanced ruin emblem which is supposed to increase 3rd skill proc, the results are:
        64 Rages
        30 2nd skill Procs
        0 ; 3rd ;skill Procs

        However, Zendar procced his 3rd skill regularly, I am now pissed off!

        Hello player,

        I am submitting your issue, but if you could, please also post a log of a battle where the Finishing Skill does not proc. Personally I\'ve had a few days where my Partner and Finishing skills never proc but my opponents do non-stop, and other days they proc regularly, so a battle log will help in determining if your skills are hiccuping or you just have very bad luck.
