        1st:Transformation gives all resources used to lvl it up not the scrolls you use in beast training.
        2nd: the gophers with hat you need first hit to be right on hat or you just wont get them, gopher with iron hat if well placed first hit it will fall off one hit other wise move more higher with hammer while clicking madly.
        3rd What gift??? I have never heard of it.

        Maybe he wasn\'t super clear, but what he said is clear enough. He transformed his beast so he could use a different one for a different set up, when he did so he lost scrolls and beast crystals, which is not supposed to happen, i.e. his tortoise is no longer evolved or has any crystals on it. Simply put, the game glitched and ate them.

        Second, on the gophers, he said exactly what he meant, he DOES finish off the bucket gophers, at which point his gophers just stop and he does not receive the 80 points or the gem bag, and this happens to him every day, already told him when they check that if its a connection issue they probably can\'t help him.

        Third, he was talking about the FB gift system, which he is not the only one, there are multiple threads about it, pretty sure anyone could phantom that one, as a matter of fact, my gifts are also glitched, I just never made a thread for it as I figure when it gets fixed, it will be fixed.

Hello

        1st: the beasts,
        If u use transform while ur bags are full or near full, there is a chance that u dont get everything back (no room for the items)
        2nd: the gophers, known problem with a bunch of players, sadly no clear resolution was found sofar, might want to try following my anti lag guide in strategy section to eliminate connection issues.
        3rd: FB gifts are only for fb players, so the fact that some ppl havent heard of this bug isn\'t his/her fault just means they dont play via FB.
I myself use Maxthon browser which allows me to move the gameframe away from the gifts so i can collect them.
(the gifts window does load, but due to some coding mistake in the websdesing it loads UNDER the game frame)

        I know all of the above Smokey, as I said, I already advised him on the gophers it may be a no joy when they look at the logs, as for the transform, he had plenty of room in his bag, which can also be seen in the log, the game simply nom, nom, nomed them.

        As for the gifts, it isn\'t a claiming them issue, we do the same Maxthon thing, we simply do not RECEIVE them, on my end, its even weirder, I claimed a bunch of them awhile ago, and then declined on the rest just to clear the backlog, I couldn\'t clear down below 36 as those 36 would not show, after that I claimed my 8 a day, and declined on the rest, then for about a week, it WOULD NOT let me claim any, just saying I had gotten my daily limit already, even though I had not, it got back up to 71 from this, then it started letting me claim my 8 a day again and 63 were now and still buried in the system where I can\'t see them. On top of that, I no longer receive any, as I\'m right in vent with one of my friends when he sends them, nor does he receive mine. This is a different clan mate than the one above, and I have others that experience this same issue.

        Not to worried about the FB thing, as I said, I\'m sure they will work out the buggs sooner or later, but I really do hope my guy gets his scrolls and crystals back for his beast as he was not at fault in this matter, as stated, the game simply ate them.

Hi, can you tell me the progress rate of your beast before you transformed it? Also, the gift function in fb has an expiration, which is 7 days. If you do not receive the gifts timely, they will be overdue. (But the counter of gift seems to be broken. The devs are fixing this). The super gophers will surely give you the gems as long as you actually kill them. Please be more faster next time. If you still have problems on this, do not hesitate to report them.
