Missing Diamonds

        Hi, I recharged and never received my diamonds on the 19th November.

        attached is the screen shot of both transactions via PaymentWall using Poli. The first failed to return diamonds, the second worked. There is no record on my accounts page of the first one.

        The payment with reference number w46926337 is the case in questions.

        i created a support ticket 4 days ago.. no one has answered.

        i went to PaymentWall.. started a case there, they answered back saying the money transferred. My bank says they money transferred.

        I would appreciate the issue to be resolved ASAP. a few things i should receive.

        1. missing diamonds
        2. the equivalent diamonds from The Precious Hot Event.
        3. recharge bonuses equating to my purchase.

No offense socrates but since the financial department handles all the support tickets they should be on top of any monetary issues. There is no excuse for anything past 24 hours except lack of intelligence or care. People are getting tired of excuses and we know it is not your guys/gals fault but nothing is getting done.

        Socrates, i appreciate your response, and my anger isnt directed at you,; but it would be nice if someone contacted me and let me know where the process was at. Do i have a ticket number i can reference outside of the forum or the support ticket i havent had a response on?
