well what i mean is i wat to marry someone of same sex, so could i change to opposite sex marry, then cnage back to same sex and would it keep the marriage?

Unfortunately no, the marriage would not stay and would be dissolved once you changed genders back. League of Angels is not currently rainbow friendly with marriages.
