BR Glitch

I have noticed a second glitch since update other then the one I reported earlier about hell dungeon gem chest. after activating heroes my br keeps fluctuating back and forth 10k BR randomly while playing. I asked if anyone else had this problem in my server and everyone said they were experiencing the same problem.
