My Void Armor doesn't working

Haven\'t watched yet... how did your main die? If it was due to damage reflection (likely hitting a Claw/Wolf), respawns do not trigger (in TA it also prevents your angel from disappearing).

I mostly see this in TA, but I think it also applies in combat in general.
