        I think that it is absolutely horrible that we play a game that no one can trust support or the DEV team for anything. Takes forever to fix any problems, keeps making new servers instead of fixing the older ones. Not caring about anyone who plays the game. Not listening to anyone about anything. Accounts getting banned for being an alt just because someone wanted to let his kid play too. I think its horrible.

        (idk how to get rid of the poll thing, sorry)

Wow man a lot would be banned for an Alt around here!!! Doesn\'t happen and sadly a lot of servers would die if it did because they have to make alts to keep it alive.

Haven\'t heard of an alt account being banned before, only reason an account would get banned is if something happened that was a violation of ToS

You fail to view this at a business point of view. Do you think the staff works for free? Of course they are gonna cater a liitle to those who are willing to spend. And part of that catering is new servers for new cashers to settle into.

        i can see that.... but i haven\'t been able to talk in anything but team chat for 2 days now. That has to be one of those things that take priority over creating more servers.

        You can\'t manage new servers if you\'re loosing players on old ones that aren\'t working right. Not to mention the TA and TD issues for the same amount of time... and during tycoon too.

Disagree heavily. You think LoA is bad? Try...well, pretty much any similar game and take a good look at how much the devs listen there. Then consider what has been done here.

- More free angels were asked for, and several were given out. F2P since then has been able to get Aoede, Styx and Fortuna just off the top of my head; Polly was possible as well.;
- Clothes/wings were requested. Many have been made available.;
- Mounts were requested, and likewise.
- Countless bugfixes, usually pretty quick as well. Most of the matters that haven\'t been fixed, presumably cannot be fixed.
- Improved interface options, such as free blitz CD removal and the little helper.
- Junior mods, who both give helpful advice and help out a lot of players... provided those players ask their questions properly.
- Access to exclusive heroes in HoC for f2p has been improved
        - Several exclusive heroes were made available outside HoC
       
Just to name a few of the obvious things that have been done in the past months. No doubt I\'m forgetting half. For an f2p/p2w browser game, that\'s better than I\'ve seen elsewhere. Even in its basic model it\'s good for its kind: while it is p2w, an f2p\'er can compete in far most of the game if he knows how to play.;

If you wanna say there are problems in the game: sure. If you wanna point out things to improve, give useful suggestions and so on: sure. If you wanna pretend nothing is done at all... then I say you talk nonsense.
