subscription wont cancel

        I have tried 3x to cancel my VIP on server Protomedia316 (Heracles). I get this message when I try and have called Tokyo even about this and nothing has been done and still money is taken from my bank account. I would like the diamonds transferred to my account on S112 (odin) since I have tried contacting support on this issue 2 months now.
