Eternal Spire → Elite Spire → Defeat an Elite guardian to gain access to Enchant Stores + some Enchant Ores to spend in order to get that unlocked Enchant Stone. (example: defeat Nightblade to get Armor Enchant Stones + 40 Enchant Ores)

Group Buy also has Enchant Ores to buy with Diamonds AND Vouchers, so there\'s that as well.
