Tycoon Points not Accumilating

        I\'ve had no issue qualifying for previous Tycoons. Over the last few days I noticed my points were very low so last night I did tests with the resources I had received and am not receiving any points for Tycoon over last few days. I even bought and tried diamonds and still not getting any. I should be somewhere around 80-90k. Im stuck at 35k. I used 13k in enchanted ore alone. I hope someone from customer support sees this since they are not handling game issues through tickets. I have all the armor from previous Tycoons since Ive been playing and wanted the boots..Can someone please help

        Hello dirtydan! Can you please be more specific as to Tests with Resources? Were these from Opening up Chests? If you can provide any Screenshots for this, what was done for Points for each Screenshot, and any other Information you can Provide.

        Also, we will need your IGN and Server # to Include in the Report.

        I have tried to upload a screenshot and it keeps saying its to big..Im not sure what kind of screenshots you want from test. I dont have the resources I used anymore so cannot recipicate the issue. I play this game probably 18 hours a day because my back is broke and Im having surgery, all I can say is that I\'m not accumilating points anymore. I\'m not sure what exactly each item is worth as far as points go but even my daily gemology is not registering points.So basically im stuck with the points I have and no chance of getting the boots or tycoon reward bonuses. Its very frustrating to spend the money I do on this game and its seems for nothing in this event..Had over $40 in diamonds 3 days ago and you can clearly see I have maybe 150 diamonds left. I want to do whatever I can to get the items im trying to but I dont think I can provide everything your asking for. I didnt take screenshots of the resources I accumilated during the event before I used them because I didnt expect this to happen..Please advise

Good luck, i had same problem back from tycoon in august and they never replied or did jack squat. Seems they only care if you spend money to get points then they care. Took 3 months just for a generic reply and nothing after words but they are working on game and thanks for my money and patience.

Well thats what makes me madest..I tried all the resources I had so I spent $40 to try another way and that didn\'t work either..So I spent about 3700 diamonds and didn\'t seem to matter..Tycoons over and of course no one has gotten back to me, I\'ve got the generic thanks for playing responses..Doesn\'t solve the issue.

        You\'re the only player I\'ve seen about not gaining points.;; Usually players will make the mistake thinking the tycoon rewards; and daily rewards will increase their score, for good reason since it\'s not clearly indicated in the game.;
