anyone else noticing there BR is constantly going down then a few minutes it goes up without changing anything or its just me?

The BR rolling problem has bin fixed but there is still a problem if have a BR of 196k with buffs on but when i come out of battle and read the banner it says my BR is only 188k. so witch BR is right. anyone else notice this
