Hi all, i made a ticket, please solve it. It is my second ticket, because my first ticket still wasnt solved after month.

I was charged for VIP subscription twice, one for subscription, and once again for diamoonds, i used for subscription.

This month, subscription not function, and i must again used diamonds.
