how is it possible to be the winning team in Poseidon but loose the ore gathering and only get 1 Poseidon shard ?

        Poseidon work like this:
        Highest % team reguardless of last hit or not = 3 shards
        Lower % team gets 1 shard reguardless of last hit or not.

        Last hit give no bonus in shards except +300 points to team count.

that\'s exactly why i am asking it is now 6 times my team has been the higher damage sometimes in excess of 20 % difference;;on Poseidon and received only 1 shard.

        I debt that seems just another person trying to scam extra easy items, I have gone heaps times since change and no bug in reward maybe you looking at wrong team % each time. Good luck anyways.

I still havent experienced this cause I\'ve been monitoring the damage % on each team and sometimes i would wait to take the last hit. maybe lets say RED team has:30% damage and Blue only has 27% if blue takes the last hit with Poseidon only haveing 4m HP left, just my opnion but the damage dealt by the last hitter(blue) wouldnt add up to the damage % they dealt so maybe thats why they only get 1 shard.;

        what I can confirm to you is this, the one with the highest% will get the 3 shard, I seen people getting the last hit all because I just go in straight not standing for the last hit to push our % higher, I don\'t hit that hard I only hit 4.5-4.9mill but I try to make sure our % is higher even if they get the last hit [once I have pose [90shard so far]] ill change my strat to last hit cause I wont care about it muahahaha!!

        Hi,

        As mentioned by players above, The team which dealt 50%+ will be awarded with 3 poseidon shards (And bonus points which equal the amount of ore points your enemies got when poseidon was spawned). The opposing team will get a 1 shard as condolence prize.
