Low-ish levels with abnormal stats?

I perused the TT ranks today for quite some time to find out who sets up what for their teams. I found a few examples of inflated stats that were amazing to me.  But came across one that just seemed too strange.  I can understand how if a level 81 or even level 78 or so has some pretty insane stats due to cashing heavy or whatnot   They have had a bit of time to play.  But I can not understand a level 75 VIP 3 with all imperial gear or adv imperial gear on his main and 3 heroes. And stats of like  2 mil plus hp on his main, hercules, blazing hec, divine hunter.  Not to mention his magic or phys attack of  700k on each hero or on his main, hit and dodge both at 30k, agl at 120k..u get the picture?  And all his heroes are at  upgrade 27 or some crap.  Like skill level  10 or  11.  Most of his stats are actually maxed as far as runes, dragon souls gems etc go.  I do not even know what to say but this is totally unfair somehow to me.  I mean, this guy I saw called Burning who spends enough money to feed the entirety of Africa doesn\'t even have stats that inflated.  And he is in my mind a total psychopath.  So I am not sure what the deal is with the strange stats guy.  I don\'t think he is psychotic; I think he cheats or works for someone here at Gtarcade. Any ideas?

While a screenshot would help, it\'s a non-issue anyway sfar as I can see. Level matters little in the supers endgame, since they cash for their stuff anyway. Just consider that few F2p\'ers will have 2M BR, while the supercashers have 3-4M.

Not that that\'s a massive indication either... 1.7M can beat 3M.;
