Bug - stuck in the city during the monopoly

        Stuck in the city during the monopoly, can\'t do loop quests, can\'t go to spirit city or finish quest talk to Agamemnon etc.
        Can go to my city but can\'t dismiss any fruit.
        Several times I clear cache and reboot nothing helped.
        Plz fix;
