Cross Server Matches are NOT working correctly

Graydragon (S232) Just finished a CS match in which I was not able to make a kill or steal a cart due to an error. It told me to refresh 2 or 3 time and when I did that it did not help. When you attacked another player, the battle screen opened and nothing happened. Too many in game problems today. What did the Mod\'s & game managers do?

yes; we get log failed we we attack in CS today

None of the skill buff on bottom work either
