        Got rewards in mail but when I collect them nothing is given. ;I emptied inventory of all chests to verify. ;I opened one mail, and no lv.4 gem chest was in my inventory. ;What to do about all the ones already opened and nothing given? ;This same problem was verified independently by another player on my server. ;Essentially empty CSTT mail.

Would love some information. ;I\'ve opened up some more mail from CSTT wagers and some works fine and some give me nothing. ;What to do with all of these mails? ;Don\'t want to just open them all and lose so many wager rewards ESPECIALLY since I used diamonds for some of them. lease help....
