My suggestion is pretty simple. Is it possible when you offer a support page, and someone logs a number of issues on it, that GT Arcade ACTUALLY takes the time to read them instead of leaving them in a pending state for 3 weeks. It would be nice to know from a customer service point of view that issues raised by paying customers are looked into. Why offer a support page if there is no intention to offer support?
