        I really like your name!

        Unfortunately, for GTA to investigate claims of hacking/cheating, more concrete proof or suspicion of cheating or hacking is needed other than someone saying they couldn\'t recharge, since not everyone that tells you they can\'t or spend very little are being honest about their financial situation. Players sometimes make these claims to wait out other cash competition.

        We will also need a name and server, as GTA cannot investigate an entire server without just cause, especially since that would take a very long time, please understand.
