it skill description say last 3 turns and stackable once and it is not stacking.; anyone noticed it? or I am wrong?

I have it and use it, but I never notice any bug during TA. But i\'ll see in mine during next TA.;
AFAIK, although it\'s not stack, it always give buff in every turn because it said Increase hit (not by chances). And I think it\'s a good mount, because at upgrade +16, it increases hit 13%, which mean change my main\'s hit to 12K from 11K. ;
And if its buff can stack, then i\'ll be more very happy.;
