I have to two problems first i would like you to CANCELL MY VIP SUBSCRIBTION and second the new player rewards thing you guys have, the reward it gives you for taking part in the quiz I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO COLLECT and i took part in the quiz and got all 20/20 questions right could please fix this matter thank you
