whole guild locked out of clash battle

so ok my guild united was entered in clash tonight we went up against levi corpus won but when it came to the battle against Sparta not only were we given the wrong time by the mail said 23:00  which it actually started at 22:30 we were there trying to get in with no avail whole guild got shut out so they got a victory by server error I think we all deserve compensation server boadicea2 members: ichiyun,tali,lumpy,ison,and roshondi didn\'t even get a chance to battle would appreciate something and please fix your bugs and technical issues I would be ever so greatful so this doesn\'t happen again in future very displeased faithful player

if you saved the mail that you got from the system take a screen shot and post it under this forum post, pretty sure they will ask for it. If nothing else it will help to verify the system screwed up.
