VIP not renewing

I\'ve been an active member since the beta on S0, I\'ve been a VIP member since the start of S1. All of a sudden I see that my paypal account is being charged at least twice a day for my VIP membership, then cancelled. AS this is going on my active VIP has been stopped. I\'m seeing the same issues across the forums and I\'ve had a support ticket in for at least 36-40 hours without an answer. Will there be a resolution to this problem soon?
