Hi, 2 hours ago i recharged 2000topaz but had yet to receive my topaz. I had recharged many times and usually it takes a few seconds for me to receive my topaz.
I recharged for today's event. So it doesn't help if they are going to take their own sweet time and finally give me the topaz tomorrow.

Hi,

Sometimes it takes some time for the topaz to be transferred to the account.
Please raise a ticket at the recharge support center link if you have still not received your topaz https://support.gtarcade.com/faq/index/cid/380/sid/400/gid/160
Keep track of your ticket number for reference. It can be found in the Address bar. Here is a screenshot for ticket number

  • Still did not receive my topaz after 10hrs. No reply from support either. It doesn't help  even if they give me the topaz after today
    because I already missed getting the rewards from the events that I recharge for.

Update of what the support replied after 10+hrs. And I still did not receive the topaz. Not to mention I already missed the rewards from the events I recharged for.

I created another ticket with a screenshot which shows that I did not receive any topaz on that day in case they understand wrongly about what the problem is.
But the reply was the same as the previous ticket which is totally disappointing. I really think they don't even appreciate their customers at all.

Last update. The problem was found that I recharged to server S1 instead of my server S895. So the support just sent me the topazes by mail. Without the various daily bonuses and said that it is the best they can do.

Hi,

Sorry that you did not get your Topaz after recharge. The dev team has reported that this issue should be resolved and Topaz sent to the players. Please check and let us know if you have not received your Topaz still.
