        I have been submitting tickets regarding my VIP status with screen shots of said problem since 12/1. It is now 12/18 and i still have not had this issue resolved. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE handle this issue as the problem is on the companies end. I find it very curious that we submit a ticket adn get this as the only reply: ;

        Your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff. We will aim to answer you within 2 business days. If you want to add supplementary information to your request, please reply within this ticket

        Can someone please do the job as a Administer and handle the tickets in a reasonable amount of time. If you cant answer it within 2 business days then dont put that as your reply from the server. My issue has had multiple tickets last one having the 2 business day end today.

yes im away of that i posted everything in a HELP TICKET on 12/18, and the first time was 12/1. ii even included a screen shot. so WHY does it take so long.

        ok again here are the specifics. on 12/1 i noticed i was double charged for my VIP that i renewed. I included a screen shot of my card statement showing this. ;i got the renewal bonus in diamonds after the vip went out. the next day i was charged for it ontop of what i paid to renew it. this needs to be fixed asap as its been 2 weeks since i first notified you thru a ticket.;
