        Please improve the way you develop the game. Don\'t always do trial and error every time you do update or fix somethings.
        Test in your development environment before it go live. Every time you do update and new event there always bug also.
        And if you do update and fix something, please do it in one go... not every player have good connection, some player need 5 - 10 mins to loading the game for first time after update and you do update (official or ninja) around game event like WB often. it is not good....
        If you fix something, wait till all bug in your list solved and then do update. it is better than do update often to fix bugs.

don\'t want to be evil but ill have to plus one for the bug. to many bug thread unsolved[some from 1-10days+];and its just quite sad, so; im plus one the bug part

You do know they\'re doing their best right? They have a very limited staff and they\'re often drowning in bugs to fix. They used to give new features to people on S1 for S1 people to be bug hunters but sadly enough people have quit it\'s not really worth it.

        you do know they drown themselves because they update some stuff close to Friday which becomes weekend and when Monday comes they are piled with more stuff and more bugged to fix thus longer to take to fix things thus Friday again and more updates close to Friday, thus in the end the pile will mount to a point where it gets overwhelming.

        have you notice they fix an issue right away before any other previous issue has been fixed?..

I really though the improvement of the csa was the delay so people can have more chance to escape or gather ore before spam. instead I found out today it isn\'t as its fixed with the other bug posted and I can go back to instant battle spam in csa....

        Im glad they fixed these two issue quickly which was really around; umm.m well I posted my bug at 12:29pm Friday and they don\'t work on weekends so they basically fix those two bug way before Saturday hit ^,^, so yeah maybe around 1-12h..before sat hits...

        now there are issues that are being taken to account that are lasting more than 10days

        Im the type of guy who keeps saying they are bussy and they have a pile of work. but when things come that relate to missing days that basically allow other players to pass you easy cause you cant do anything for 10 days or even 5 days, im going to have more sympathy for these guys...;;

        beast bug is something that can affect a fight in csa/shrine/wb
        the bug that I posted from that person john means he cant get any reward to devote for dragon or increase their hero to get stronger or even obtain lucky gold like it was post on his thread...

        Yes they are very busy. they should try to organize thing or put thing to a halt. more update= more bug more pile of work [especially when weekend come cause they are not here ] and in the end you will see bug not getting fix for more than 2 weeks.... thus there will be; an even worst wreckesh in this forum

        ps. it would be nice if people keep the bug and support section cleaner.. its a mess in there. atleast report bug on an existence thread [instead they make multiple thread and makes it hard on the mods and on jelly to get into things quicker ]; These are my 2 shiny centz

        Only from my section, Bugs, I don\'t check support that often, and almost never update the support reports. I just ask for IGN and server, and give the common answers that aren\'t really bugs.

        answer would be much quicker if they knew to put the server and in gam name in the first place. advice jelly or the dev to put an announcement in game that says

        When reporting any bug, please report them in the right section, as well please leave an ingame name and the server your in to allow thing to go quickier;;

        I hear people ask me a lot of question in csa which are already answer in forum, when I ask they say they don\'t go to forum and when by miracle they do they are the same people who either don\'t use search; or look in the 1-10pages for an answer, and the same people who don\'t leave an ingame name...

        im just saying both section is a mess and I seen you in bug section repeatedly answering thing on time. so much that I feel like If I have something of a bug I want to go to bug section since its more looked at than support section.. just saying

        ps.  I maybe wrong but did we ever had 2 super mods before?? I feel like we did I could be wrong dead wrong since I might be mixing things with LOA
