        Sorry if this offends anyone but i am sick an tired of reading posts that players have issues and they are not being attended to i myself have 2 open support issues that have now not been fixed in three weeks. What really frustrates me is that a lot of people are pay to play and they have an account issue and get no support only that it will be passed on to staff and looked at Monday. CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG BUT THE GAME RUNS 24/7 SO PLEASE ARRANGE SUPPORT STAFF TO BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST 24/7. I bet if it was Saturday and there was a bug people couldn\'t recharge and buy gold the issue would miraculously have staff available to fix.

        In short make staff available to players of your game so issues can be addressed appropriately and not deferred to a later date whilst players become more disillusioned with the game.

LACK OF SUPPORT

        This isn\'t the type of game that should, nor can, have support 24/7.

        However, I do feel that there is a small lack of support and I think that there should be another 1-2 people who help with support tickets. It seems the 1 person who handles this is a bit overwhelmed and needs the help, but at the same time I\'m not so sure as its just that 1 persons choice.

        All I\'ve got to say on the matter is this game would do a lot better of the support was at least faster, Because the game is already a fantastic game!

Hey, Jelly already looked at your two threads that you\'ve made. She says that you already evolved your Siren to bout 2, so exchanging it for Sigurd is really hard to do (if not, impossible as you cannot dismiss beasts now). She is checking on your wisdom problem as well.

;yes i did evolve yoshi and i don\'t mean this argumentatively but after 2 an a half weeks waiting for something to be done i thought screw it and activated it I messaged jelly a few times and no response so yep went ahead. And it is kind of my point in reference to the wisdom and gold issue its now 3 weeks not heard from jelly once just from you and i appreciate that but really 3 weeks its not exactly helping the game play when you loose so much ground.

not the sort of game to have 24hr support; LOLOLOLOL 24hrs a day they take our cash and to have 1 person on, to at least leave a message isn`t to much to ask .managing to create a new server every coupla days so KNOW the staff out there and to be so ignored must p-ya-off feel for ya drop
