purchased gold chest with the gopher

I purchased the 15x 100000 chest and they didnt get put into my inventory it was 400 something apples and Im really disappointed but besides that I love this game
How would I go about getting my gold?

I have tried to submit a ticket for several reasons and have yet to be able too. So good luck with that.
