[colorI submitted a ticket about canceling my vip cause I do not like the fact that it auto charges for vip every month after you make your first purchase for vip. When I go look at my account it does not show me that I have put in a ticket for cancel my vip subscription can someone let me know if my ticket was received cause I don\'t want to be charged for vip in febuary.
