        Hi,
        I too am having issues with Recharging on my account. It has happened since Sunday Dec. 28th, I recharged just fine then hours later, my next recharge attempt was rejected, stating it was cancelled by the seller (GTArcade/Youzu). I was able to recharge again, twice, on the 29th of Dec. and ever since I have not been able to recharge.;It doesn\'t seem as though I have been blacklisted but I would like to be sure. Your help is appreciated.
        IGN: Frosty
        Server: Loralei (S1)
        Country: USA

Recharge issue

I will have someone look into this for you. Maybe you are hitting a limit to be recharged, which is a security measure to protect against using stolen cards. Please be patient. It may be another day or 2 until we have an answer for you.

Recharge issue


Thanks for the quick reply, Socrates. Wasn\'t sure if there was a limit on recharging but I can understand if there is. Hopefully this can get resolved soon, was trying to get Ruby Herosoul recharge reward and Precious bonus, which ends today right before reset. My apologies if I sound a bit anxious. Thanks for your reply, hope to here something soon.
