and I hade to relog and lost a try and did get nothing for that run

We would like to assure you that this never was our intention, and therefore we would like to explain you a little bit more about the current status and limitation Moderators have on these forums.

1) Ticketing System

Clearly the lack of response or delays regarding your tickets is of prime concern to you, and believe it or not, it is also to us.

So the question you all have is “why our tickets aren’t cared for?”

The sad truth is first that due to technical issues, there’s only one person at a time able to access the ticketing system, and only for a limited period of time. Also, the Junior Moderators are not part of the team given access to the ticketing system and thus have no ability to respond or check the tickets you submit through that system.
;
Also, the support aims to reply within 2 days, means that we will try to get back to you within 2 days, but that it may not always be possible; hence the use of the word “aim” rather than “will”.
;
The recommended approach would be for you to post your issue if at all possible in the Support Section of the forum (http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040) with appropriate information such as your IGN, Server, Platform, and any relevant screenshot.

Still not getting help with TICKETING

        Telling people to calm down about the very apparent lack of support is just going to cause people to get even more annoyed.
        The fact is the support flat out sucks.
        Tickets don\'t get answered, forum posts (even ones submitted correctly) don\'t result in things getting fixed in a lot of cases.
        Yes, we know about vacation and time off and all that, most of us have jobs and are under the same situation.; However, if we left for vacation and none of our work was done for days, weeks and months what would happen?

        Things as simple as resetting a password don\'t get handled, let alone real problems that people have paid for.

Still not getting help with TICKETING

Yes I I find that not help full at all I have raise the problem of my inability to use the ticketing system know 3 times over 6 month and still no closer to a solution mainly becouth of long delays between anthers 4-14days. I have been Moderator in two other games my self and this is more then below standart for a game you have to put LOTS of $$ in to get any good gear or be in good Guild to be able to help other player.
