made 2 charges for $4.99 and they went through within minutes. i make a charge of $20.09 and it doesnt go through. cant submit a ticket as this function is not fully operational and have emailed support. still nothing. as i used the paypal through playspan option for all my transactions i do NOT understand how this could b...either give me my gems and items or refund my money. as for my information i should not need to give u any as the only thing i chnaged in any of my transactions was the amount i spent. if the 2 smaller 1s went thru then the larger should have went through witout any problem. i have checked my paypal account and it states that the payment in the amount of $20.09 was completed to play span just like the two for $4.99. please fix this issue n do it in a timely manner as i would not like to have to report this as fraud...ty n have a nice day

support may wanna check their accounts wit playspan/ultimatepay/paypal
seems ALOT of people are having probs wit getting their gems through that payment method.....if its over a certain amount anyway
