Magi Skills rotation

Shrine is to taste, look at the effects, how they scale and go from there, there are a lot of ways to do your AOE rotation, for bosses do wind cull, fireball, soul piercer, gravity fist, in that order, which you\'ll understand if you look at the effects and scaling.

Magi Skills rotation

Erm, in shrine I use a full AOE rotation, I used to use SP as a finish move for rotation now and again, but that was just playing around, like I said, really to your taste, and somewhat what your opponents set ups are like.

No fiery strike? For bosses i use: WindCull, Fireball,Fierystrike and Frostpillar. Imo that rotation is the best, why? cuz it will always go off

Magi Skills rotation

For bosses, all your skills will trigger, bosses aren\'t like shrine, or throne for that matter, you get your hits in, you die, your heroes get back up, and continue the fight, you don\'t. If you are using frost and fiery because you are looking at the base damage, your missing something, thats an AOE base, a boss is a SINGLE target, which means your AOE damage is defused, and that base goes out the window.

Try it my way, you\'ll see a marked difference, I\'ll explain it further, yes wind cull is a AOE, but its there and first in the rotation as it lowers the targets defense to magic based damage, next is fireball, which ups your next two hits crits, followed by piercer which ignores defense and finish up with gravity.

Magi Skills rotation

Deth, your rotation for single target fights gave me about 150k more dmg over just using fireball, gravity fist so ty for that. ;I am still trying to get a good setup for shrine/csa/throne. ;do you use or recommend to use trace at all in that rotation to make sure everything goes off?

Magi Skills rotation

I use it, and I recommend it, but on some opponents I just use scaling AOE\'s, as in I\'d rather get the four attacks in rather than one missed round, even though that lost round is actually scaling up my next attack run as well as filling my energy back up.
