just go for it. I only lost 600 br when I did it. It takes them down to lvl 35 but increases stats at that level, so their stats and br end up higher when you train them back up to 55 and beyond. If it\'s going to be a while before you get new heroes then you should definitely do it.
The real thing you want to figure out is, how long (and how many timeskip scrolls) will it take to get them back to 55 vs how long before you get a better hero. I\'d say it\'ll take about 4 or 5 days to get them back up to 55, spending vouchers and guild points on extra scrolls (no diamonds)
