VIP Issue

I am a VIP player, when it came time to renew my paypal was charged for another month. However I have not been given my vip status back in game and if I try to activate I get the attached screenshot. I like spending money but am not getting any support on this issue.

It seems that your renewal payment was declined. We have added you to the whitelist. Would you please wait for another day and see if it\'s automatically renewed?
