Good luck getting them to reply. I submitted a ticket on the 29th of December and have not gotten a word back from them. I suggest simply not recharging and passing on the word, assuring and pushing people to not recharge again. If they can\'t give proper customer service then they don\'t deserve our money.

yup they\'re straight up ignoring this! i got one reply saying they will submit to be patient! from a rude moderator who clearly lied! that was over a week ago after waiting awhile for that reply this is a clear case of i didnt get what i payed for not hard compensate and move on, check the logs if you want yes the roles are broken i should be compensated for all seven!!! NO they dont need to admit that i just want my ONE guaranteed legendary roles worth of compensation that they guaranteed me if they disagree with this they should not use such a word in any of there events because its pretty clear what needs to happen here it honestly doesnt matter if they like it or not this is a fact!!!

Same thing happened to me. Its best to just assume that you will not be getting a reply. Simply stop being a customer. All I can say is that me and my friends who play will NO LONGER BE PUMPING CASH INTO THIS GAME. I\'m going to predict that with this lousy customer service that this game will last no longer than a few more months. (or until the realization that they actually need to care about the players hits them)
