A lot of people on server 8 are complaining they are not receiving replies to tickets...
I am also one of these people... I WILL NOT be forced to publicise personal information on a public forum in regards to certain tickets in regards to payments. Please have staff get back to work, some of the tickets players have sent are over 2 weeks old now.

Hi, kildjya. There are some problems with the tickets system right now . If you have any problems in hurry, you can put it here. If there are something personal that you are worry about , you can ask me to hide the thread then only we 2 can get it ! Thanks for your support !

        I also agree that there should be a way for players to privately push something to moderators. Why can\'t the game designers create a specific email for you moderators. Based on how much the game makes, the cost for it would be more than minimal enough to justify the cost. Then post that information for public info and allow people to email moderators in confidence instead of where everyone can criticize them and publicly humiliate people. Then you guys can log in and go right down the list of taking care of problems. It would be easier and would show up as new emails instead of going back and having to see what has and hasn\'t been completed. Sorry for responding on your post kildjya. But I agree with you fully.

Sure, I am also agree with this. What I mean is, our ticket system is not broken, it is just short of human power so that we are not able to response  them in time. If you really have some problems need to be fixed immediately. Post it here is better way I guess. when I am on duty , I will try my best to help you guys. However, the lunar new year vacation is over, I believe the tickets system is going to be fine now . Thanks for your feedback !

Sorry Kildjya for posting here...but i didnt get any answer about my problem at any of few tickect i send like 18-20hrs ago nether on questions and themes i posted here.i gave acc infos and everything and still no one answered since yesterday when problem showed up and all others got answers and solutions to their problems...PLS check tickect or posts i left i have problems with my char and i cant login since yesterday so i missed all events  counting 1st arena and still cant login after reset came....Check tickect and posts i left here  1 day offline and all events missed is too  much PLS....
