Item Forging and Stats Transformation Reply:11| View:738

        Hi,

I know that there are a lot of misconceptions all over the forum on how the item level affects the base stats when you forge and transform it. Now, I would like to reaffirm again the following infos:

1.) We all know that item level affects the base stats, but what if we forge it into an offering gear before we transform it? Will it have the same base stats as the original or will it follow the lvl60 offering base stats?

For example: I have a lvl80 Legendary Chest, I haven\'t transformed it due to the fact that it needs A LOT of black irons and silvers to upgrade. So if I forge it into an offering gear first and transform the stats, will it have the same base stats as the level80 gear or will it follow the new lvl60 offering?

2.) So which is better? Transform the lvl80 gear first to get the highest base stats possible and forge it to lvl60 Offering, or vice versa? Obviously, Forging it to lvl60 offering gear FIRST before transforming the stats would be the best since it will need a lot lesser of Black Irons and Silvers, but of course, I don\'t want to compromise the base stats just because of the cost.

That\'s why I need to know first which is the better approach. Should I forge first or transform it first?

2.) Is it even worth it to forge a Bloody equipment using 9 Ice Crystals per attempt? Or should I just be contented with Benign (1 Ice Crystal)?

To all forging pioneers / senpais out there, feel free to enlighten this new player [color

        Thanks!

Item Forging and Stats Transformation

I asked the same question, as it would make sense that if you put a better product into the process, you\'d get a better end result, what was said was to transform it first, but do the upgrades on the other end, and those upgrades will also be cheaper that way, so thats the way I\'m going to go, but will be interested to see the responses posted.

Item Forging and Stats Transformation

lol i\'ll make this simple and easy,Do nothing to it, wait till u hit the level of the item, take the gems out of old item and put it into the new item u want to forge, that way u meet the forge level req of item if u do no,t upgrade 1 stat 1 level and try till u meet the level Req.
once Forge u can upgrade/;Transform for way way cheaper

        Ah I see... I guess Transforming should be done first before forging.;

Okay so 1-0 vote now, in favour with transforming first lol..

I hope someone can verify our theory first

Yea but if you forge the item first without considering the possibilities of compromising the base stats (since forged gear will delevel to lvl60), you will only waste the stats potential of the lvl80 item, right?
        [color
That\'s why I\'m asking this question first just to make sure

        Just to simply my question:
Will a lvl60 offering gear (original item was lvl80) have a higher base stats than a lvl60 offering gear (original item was lvl60)?

Item Forging and Stats Transformation

Regarding the stats, I transformed my lvl 74 leggings before i forge, this is what i got..

Yellow box is stats before forge, and Red box is stat random given after forged to lvl 60.

Although there is a possibility that Mdef and Pdef grade 8 may be 1000 base stat. Anyone has experienced this?

Never tried transforming after forging though. So although its cheaper, i\'d not try. Noticed certain gear has lower types of stats, its just speculation though. Dont have enough experience to prove it.

Item Forging and Stats Transformation

I transformed this weapon after I forged it. ;The stats seems to be based off what item you used to forge. ;However, forged lvl 60 stats just might be close to lvl 80 gear after you use transformation on it.

Thought you guys all said transform beforehand on the day I asked ? I know one of you guys said it seemed like if you transform after, there\'s a chance of reverting to level 60 stats ?
