Dear sirs,

Kindly ask you to help me restore access to my character. Few days ago after server update (server EU-133) I can't enter the game. My account is not linked to gtarcade, only linked with Apple ID (sergeyraevnev@gmail.com).

I tried to enter like guest, but game proposed another server.

Dear Player,

I am sorry for the inconveniece caused. The best way to recover your lost account is to submit a Support Ticket for our staff to review it, not by emailing directly. Please head to In-Game Support and open ticket using your phone.
Alternatively, you can file a Support Ticket using web-browser here.

Describe your problem briefly and include following information:
1. Character: name, other character names (if you have changed it before), character ID, character level, VIP level, guild name, recharge receipts, etc.
2. Server ID.
3. Operating System (Android / iOS) preferably with version number.
4. Date and time of the incident.

The more info you provide, the more likely your account is recoverable. I hope our Support Team will be able to recover your account.
