Unable to access 4th Hero position at lvl 45

Turned level 45 screen told me to choose a path for my character (choose Paliadin) then told me I earned the 4th Hero position in the party, but when I click on the party button, the 4th slot is not activated......... any one have a clue ?? Also I tried on a Lvl 29 Lunaria which I then traded for a Lvl 29 Loralei with no luck on either.

Hi, your 4th and 5th party slots have already be activated. Simply drag your recruited hero from the list on the left to your format.
