        Hi there, my IGN is IridianMist, Server is ForgottenRealm(s27)-PST, i have unfortunately double clicked on a garden plot to purchase for diamonds and I would like it to be reversed and the diamonds reimbursed please, i have not used the plot at all. I did send a support email a week ago but have not had a reply. Any response and help would be much appreciated.

        In order to undo it, would require them to undo it in the master database, which can be quite tricky. If they change the field to the wrong value it may cause other unintended problems or errors. In theory from how I would see it, would just need to change the value in the database of the player to a value of 0  or 1(0 or 1 should be the default value) and each upgrade would have a level to it, next level upgrade being 1 higher and 1 above the last... etc. However if the person going to fix it, isn\'t quite sure what they are doing... they could lower someone else\'s garden plot by 1 and reimburse you the diamonds. It shouldn\'t be too difficult with a GUI database viewer (I believe its called phpMyadmin).

        The forum support may not be able to help you though, and tickets are down there\'s not much else to do. =( Sorry.
