Hi,
We as mods generally do not handle recharge issues anymore but they are to be sent to the support center,
But we are aware that some users are having problems getting their tickets trough.
But please try contacting support Here
if this doesn't work please get back to me.
and then also please provide me with a bit more info,
Did the recharge actually go through or was it marked as "Order submitted"
If the recharge was stuck in order submitted this means that the recharge for some reasons we will not be informed about, was declined either by the carrier (Adyen/Paypal/WorldPay/Paymentwall), the bank or the Creditcard company.

If the recharge went trough that's a different story.
and we will need to see a statement from your bank or CC-company to make sure,
you can send me a screenshot of that in PM's if necessary.

@ianknight1: I will need the ordernumber on that recharge as well.

and also please be aware that we have been experiencing issues with worldpay so please also include what carrier you were trying to use, this applies to both of you.

@janjam.sivakumar: You have already gotten your topaz, it was just a slight delay in the delivery!!

  • I recharge twice for this.I only remember this one.It might be delay or something since it only stat "Order Summitted"so here's my order number

I can't send a ticket. I was wondering why I can't recharge because it says suspended payment on my account and I looked at paypal and my bank and it shows it was sent. I did a claim on paypal because I didn't get my topaz in hours after recharging.  I got back on hours later and seen I finally got them so I declined the claim on paypal. So I don't know why it says suspended payment for. here's my info email: dearth24_2003@yahoo.com order number:149513506263789. Much appreciated it this could be fixed thanks.

Hi,
It's normal policy to suspend an account for further recharges when doing a chargeback (asking for money back)
If the recharge has gone trough you usually get your topaz instantly but sadly sometimes there is a delay in the delivery due to the carriers...
In cases like this you should just butter yourself with some patience or send us a notification on forums and if the issue goes unnoticed for some reason you can always send a pm with the threadlink so we can look at it.
I will send a request to the team on your account.
But I will need your in-game name and server number.
I can not guarantee they will lift the suspension but I also know if they do, they will issue a warning that they will not do it again if you do another chargeback.
This is a general information, not meant as any personal attack in against you in any way.
