Arcane Lightning/rage

        Soo, I start with 80 rage normally and with rage emblem 105... I\'m using Arcane Lightning which is supposed to cost 75 rage to cast.
        I noticed it was weird how seldom I cast it even though I started with that much and it costs only 75.. so I checked in a compare fight against someone who doesn\'t even have any sort of rage drain, and well, I confirmed it is in fact consuming all of my rage, be it 80 or 105 or 125...;
        This is obviously not working as it should, please fix..

yeah im getting the same prob of either my skill dont go off until i hit 100+ rage (arcane lightning states it needs 75) and when it does go off it take all my rage even when Light Envy goes off and would put my total to over 150 rage

need an update to fix this so the skill triggers right and takes only what it requires
