Being ignored by support makes this game questionable

I have given you all the information that you needed and without a response back. I had collected from the Valentines recharge Hot event 2000 diamonds instead of the 5000 in which i had payed for and now is also hindering me from getting to the 80,000 points in the House of Cards event which I am short by 3000 points by not receiving first the 4k diamonds or the 3k difference from the 4999 recharge to 9999 recharge total on the 14th. Just to top it off by not being able to spend the total of 10k diamonds in the Collection of Spades event. So some sort of response or compensation would appreciated

So in all for the record on the 15th Joker(L) and joker(S)in Master of Poker -- Ace of Spades and Lvl. 20 Hero Mark in Collection of Spades -- 3000 diamonds from Valentine\'s Recharge -- 8 random Mystery Cards -- all because the 4000 diamonds that I had payed for on the 14th had not been received. And yet again on the 16th for the Valentine\'s Recharge 3000 diamonds
I provide them with all the information that they needed the first time yet to get asked for it again in a different form just to be ignored;
