Was dodge Nerfed?

        Old general rule of thumb was 70% hit needed to dodge ratio and was pretty accurate on my LVL85 toon.
        My LVL60 toon has 12K+ dodge and getting hit constantly with players that have only 4-5K hit? No fluke either as I have run multiple compares and might only dodge 1 in 4 attacks against his mains on average.

        Wondering if this ratio has been tweaked?;

        Frustrating as they should not be touching me with low to no Hit.

so they like to nerf dodge to hit might just as well change to a hit/attack and agility build now since soon 1K hit will hit a 40K dodge build with the way you all cry about people having high dodge stats
