Did not get my 60k Point rewards from Master of Poker.

Last night was the end of House of Cards. Within the last minute and a half, myself and another player started battling for first place. The day ends and it is now reset and the results of House of Cards is in. I got second place which sucked but I was happy that i was going to finally be able to get Light Envoy. I go to Hot Events to collect my 60k point rewards and I come to find out that they removed Master of Poker. I have no clue why they would remove Master of Poker immediately after reset on such a big event. Hell, Tycoons exchanges and point collections stay in hot events for days after. I sent in a ticket instantly but they where confused by my request to get my cards for hitting 60k from Master of Poker so I am now turning to the forums for help.;Here is an Imgur screenshot of House of Cards proving I got 60k points.;http://imgur.com/PfyQ31P ; ; All im asking for are the point rewards for hitting 60k from Master of Poker which is 2 Small Jokers and 2 Ace of Spades, please.

By my own choice? It\'s an event that requires points. Many people try to do a burst of points at the end of events to pull into first. You guys know this, you allow Tycoon Point Rewards to stay in hot events for 2 or 3 days after Tycoon has ended. I don\'t see any difference in this circumstance. Nor will awarding me the cards be detrimental to game or business life seeing as I got the required points anyway.;

        And a fun fact. The House of Cards that took place Jan. 24-27, Master of Poker stay in hot events until the 29th, which is an extra 2 days. So I really don\'t understand why it was removed immediately this time around. I did not CHOOSE to NOT collect my rewards. That doesn\'t even make any sense. I saved for about 4 months for this single event, why on EARTH would i NOT collect my rewards willingly??? It was poor event planning, Master of Poker should have stayed in hot events for atleast 2 days after, like it has in past times. You need to stay consistent with your dates so people dont get screwed over like i currently am getting screwed.

        hey same thing happened; a while back; if you wait till last min to; collect and; it refresh\'s you are out of luck; don\'t matter if u are still going; for points or not; and I have not seen mop stick around longer you ether collect before refresh or like he said; your fault
