We are losing out on badges, 3 days arena rage + all the hot event bonuses. New year holiday or not, this is too much

        Thanks for putting up arena rage again when Team Arena is still broken. For 5 days Server 412 has been unable to create a TA room to run TA, thus losing rewards. Just today each player on Server 412, as well as many other servers,;is losing 360 dragon crests and 10 DUMPLINGS (with an L), in addition to the 50 devotion;that many of us count on to reach 600. I\'ll help put this in perspective for you. The cost per day to replace just the 10 Dumplings is a 300 diamond recharge (Facebook minimum), so costing players $15.00;USD to recoupe the loses from your failure. The costs of events have increased dramatically lately, as has your incompetence, and you have at this point refused to compensate adequately. I could care less what the reason is for the absence of proper support as you are running a business and players are your customers. As with all businesses that fail customers expectations regularly, we will all eventually go elsewhere. I highly recommend to all that read this, especially Server 412 players, that we begin decreasing our spending in the game until this company works out all the glitches and failures in the game. At this point we are paying for mediocrity and they have no intention of taking our concerns and issues seriously. ;;;;;
