Hi
I have a problem with your recharge system and evey time i sumit a ticket it says that i need to go to forums
My issue is the i can\'t recharge becuase you keep refusing payment.
which, I\'m sure, is a first in the industry.
Being that this might required personal info and account info, I think that this is not the place for me to bring this issue.
Could someone from admin please contact, direct or redirect me to account support.

We are going to need your in-game name and server number. Nothing else. So type them here. If you really don\'t want to disclose even that, then please directly PM a Super Moderator by finding a thread with their reply and under their portrait is the message button.

And also which payment methods have you tried that failed you. The general suggestion is for you to try another one first. If most of the available ones that you can charge through does not work then we will try to pinpoint the issue for you.

The problem is that these guys don\'t get how the internet and banking system works. If the Fraud alert is triggered at one pay site, say PLay Splan, then they send out a red flag to all the other sites and they all stop taking your card because they now have a fraud report for your account number. So you can add as many ways to pay as you like It does not matter once you are flagged you are flagged in all systems.

The developers said they whitelisted you through Playspan, so please try that.

If it still does not work then please try another method.
