Hi id liked to report the valentine lottery coz 1 of my shopmate have so many lvl 9 gems and wedding garb when i see her i see that he create gta arcade account then spin the lottery again and create account again and spin lottery again he did it liked thousand times a day please fix the valentine lottery gm for fair playing not abusing THE VALENTINE EVENT TNX MORE POWERS LOA!
