20$ purchase not Credited

This may have happened because I did 2 purchases back to back, but it did deduct from my bank account in the form of a 40$ purchase and a 20$ purchase. I only received the gold from the 40$ purchase though. ;IGN Ellissandra S142 Hercules. I\'ve been waiting on it for over an hour and nothing has shown up. I also posted this in Support but have had no reply from a GM or moderator on it.

        Sorry for the inconvenience. May I also ask for the electronic receipt screenshot just to get the details from the recharge? You may erase out the sensitive infos like your bank IDs etc.

sorry but no you may not as you are not a Moderator or game staff from Billing, They would not need me to provide this information as they already have it on record as well as the times that both purchases went through. People impersonating staff on forums should be banned, just my 2 cents

no offense to you quit v2 but if they are staff it needs to say staff on their name whether it\'s like yours or as another title. I\'m not going to trust people who ask for personal info on a forum if they don\'t have staff in their name, especially since I\'m in the military.

I did report this in the support section ages ago and I also reported it to the facebook support section as well, no replies on either of them lol. It should not be hard to find my info based on the server IGN and date it happened, which would show 2 back to back purchases where only 1 was credited.

awesome to know and sorry I was snippy just annoyed a bit about how this has been handled by both facebook and by the game itself lol. Usually when there is a purchase issue it\'s handled within a day or so depending on work load on your ends ;)P
